When booting up Project Aftermath, you’d be forgiven for thinking it wasn’t an indie effort. The visuals, sound effects, dialogue and cut-scenes are polished to professional standards, and the game itself is no slouch either.

The fact that I’m comparing a 3 person team’s action RTS to the likes of Starcraft,Warcraft, Command & Conquer, etc. is quite an accomplishment for any Indie Studio.

A new review has just been posted, over at Gamer’s Hub. It’s a positive review but the one thing it complains about is the lack of multi-player.

We did intend to do this originally but we don’t want the multi-player to be an afterthought so we’re planning on doing it as a stand-alone product. There’s probably a good year of development with the game modes we have planned.
